Microplane Ultimate Citrus Tool 2.0

The Microplane Ultimate Citrus Tool zests, scores and creates garnishes. At one end of the soft-touch handle is a fine zesting blade which excels at removing the flavorful citrus zest while leaving behind the bitter pith.

The other end of the handle has two decorative garnishing blades – 1 large (0.3 inches in diameter), and 1 small (0.1 inches in diameter).

The Citrus Tool’s razor-sharp, American-made blades are crafted from etched stainless steel.

A protective cover keeps the citrus tool and your fingers safe while the tool is not being used.
