The Shun 7.5″ Herb Shears have an extra-fine cutting edge, allowing for a clean cut that won’t bruise delicate herbs. These high-carbon steel shears, with built-in blade notch, make it easy to strip herbs or cut through their stems. For cleaning, the blades separate fully, and an interlock screw lets you adjust blade tension.
