The Zwilling TWIN Gourmet 2.75″ Peeling Knife is a small, light knife with a slim, curved blade designed to follow the contours of apples, potatoes and other fruits and vegetables for easily removing peels. It is also perfectly suited for scooping out and decorating fruits and vegetables.
