Victorinox Classic 4-Piece Utility Paring Knife Set With Red Handles

This Victorinox (formerly Forschner*) 4-Piece Paring Knife Utility Set features three paring knives with Polypropylene handles and a 6″ x 9″ cutting board. As with all paring knives by Forschner, crevices that would offer hospitality to bacteria are minimized, and the handles are ergonomically designed to minimize wrist tension and provide a natural fit.

This set includes the following:

• 3-1/4 inch Serrated Parer, Spear Point
• 3-1/4 inch Parer, Spear Point
• 6″ x 9″ Cutting Board

Forschner knives all have high carbon, stainless steel blades that are hand finished at Victorinox in Switzerland by skilled craftsmen. Each knife is stamped from a single sheet of metal. The blade is then hardened, tempered, ground, polished, etched and finished. Victorinox uses a special tempering process to produce an edge that can be resharpened over and over again.

Engraving: Up to 6 characters can be laser engraved on the 4″ Utility Knife in this set.
